Hello and welcome.
Howdy and welcome aboard
Welcome to the forum...
Seh:koh, Okwaho cousin?
Ok, give me a moment to look up what that means, I only know a few words.
Spelling was never my best. Hello :)
Kwe Kwe. Shennenko:wa kenn?
Was that right?
I have heard Kwe Kwe used but as a variation, more in the Kwe:bec (Quebec) side
we are still learning ( my sister ) is teaching me, I was brought up out of rez for the most part and I am trying to use as much as I know which is precious little at this time.
I have nobody teaching me. Nobody in my family knows it because my great grandmother married of the reserve and didn't seem like it was important to teach it to her children. I've just been looking up pages of the internet (without any good luck).
Skennen Kowen ? was that what you were trying to write?
Skennen Kowen, The Peace is Great! ??
Thats the site I usually go too, only has a couple words.
Then we will learn together.
Hooray. Post what you learn and I will note it, and I will try to do the same. You probably know a lot more than me though!
I'm trying to get the Rosetta stone version of the Kanienke:haka (Mohawk) language on CD but just got this new to me computer when the old one blew up finally a while ago so it may be a while. Its a pentium!!!! oh well new to me anyways
Theres a rosetta stone for Mohawk? I looked at the languages they have and I didn't see one.
It used to be there sometime ago, maybe not the most popular , I was surprized also maybe by next summer will get a copy.
