I have a Ka-Bar G10 Mule that I managed to break the belt clip off of. I contacted Ka-Bar and asked if I could purchase a replacement. They politely told me I could not. However, they would be happy to send me a replacement free of charge and it will arrive in 7-10 business days. My original email was responded to in about 10 minutes. That's a pretty quick response in my book and genuinely great service. I thought they deserved a plug for it.
