kangaroo tail stew. Roadkill is always guaranteed down this way. I got another tail just 5 minutes up the road, when went to get some farmed goats last weekend. I got it for the sinew. Kangaroo tails are great for sinews, they ave 4 bands of aprox 6-8 sinews running full length of the tails.
