New Family member
I guess it didn't take too long. I tried to wait longer, but the kids, and surprisingly the wife, couldn't wait any longer. We picked up this little girl on Friday. I believe she is pure bred Akbash. We named her Suki. Here to hoping I can train her to not eat my chickens and rabbits. :)

Looks like she has to compete with a teething baby for the chew toys!

Now that just tickles me to no end......Baby and puppy growing up together.
Congrats .....It don't get no better than that.
When Cody was 2 and had started walking....he would run thru the house with both arms up......So he didn't get the tails of 5 labs in his face....Just the right height.

For those not familiar with the breed...I wasn't a few days ago....very similar to Great Pyrenees and a lot of other LGD's or Livestock Guardian Dogs. She should be around 100 lb in a few months, so I don't think my 11 month old will keep up. In fact, I doubt she will ever catch up in the next 10 years. :)

DD and SIL got Great Pyrenees pup (Snowball) a year ago....about the same age as Bella......
She is much larger now......LOL
