Went for a walk and picked some of the biggest, nicest, firm Amanita calyptroderma i've ever seen. About a pound and a half each. Took the two biggest caps, chopped up the stems and mixed with some Italian sausage meat, panko flakes, onions, garlic, and cheese. Piled on the stuffing and baked for about an hour. Came out amazing.
