The top two are Tramontina macehetes..bought the blades with handles for about USD8/- each +-. The curve machete in the middle on the second row is the Duku Chandung parang and on its right is the Malaysian Golok.
As for the knives...on the second photo..top row second from right is the Bad Blood Paradigm...second row 1st on the right is the Tramontina Fixed Blade which i bought for USD10.00...on the second row 1st on the left is my 30 years old hunter/survival knife I bought this nlast time for about USD 50.00..I really forgot its there..and beside it is the China made Columbia GO2 knife..which I bough for about USD6 bucks..quite sharp and tough..I have batoned it.
Second row 3rd from left is my fav Mora Bushcraft...I made my own kydex sheaths...
...HOLY CRAP! (like the Mora.)...:w00t:
I have another MORA..on the top row far right..its the Mora Light My Fire..it hasa ferro rod built in the handle.
BTW..the Duku Chandung sheath (the curved one) and also the Tramontina Sheaths on the first pic are also DIY with Kydex.
Thanks for the compliments.
In case anyone is wondering..refer the second pic on knives..the top row 1st from the left is the NRS Kayak knife...blunt tipped...beside is the Bear Grylls /Gerber paracord knife a shop asked me to test and review..I managed to get about 10 feet of paracord onto the handle...made a nice emergency spear...
Really like that duku parang. The straight edged one second from the right looks like it should be in a battle.
You got t right..this is a very old parang which I took with me about 35 years ago when I was battling the communist terrorists in Malaysia.
You do have a few alright lol.
Trust me when I say - you don't have too many. Nobody EVER has too many.
Nice collection Tokwan!
I especially like the parangs, they look like they could be quite useful in my area as well.
I'll be on the lookout for one for sure!
"Too many" is purely a relative term. I think my wife has too many shoes and she thinks I have too many guns, which is clearly wrong on her part and borderline sacrilegious!
You would have to define "too many" first. I would say you aren't there yet.
I don't discuss "too many of anything with DW any more.
Last time we had the discussion...I brought up all the cream, lotions soaps and magic potions in the bathroom....Then commented that maybe some day she would find one that worked....
Just got out of the hospital....
Tokwan......Nice start on a cute little collection.......
Oh, man. I wouldn't even joke saying that. Oh, the humanity.....and the bruises!
Bob and weave....bob and weave.....Never sleep........
