Pro Gun Sheriffs election win over Bloomberg Money

Might need to move this to political.......But Milwaukee's Pro gun sheriff David Clark has defeated a candidate backed by all sorts of out of state money....Including former New York's Mayor Bloomberg's Anti gun group.

Most all the money spent on this election was from out of town and state.....so don't think for one second that your rights are not being attacked.

I heard about that going down (mostly complaints about the insane amounts of money being spent on a Sheriffs's race.)

I've been keeping distant tabs on this as well. I am glad things turned out the way they did. It goes to show that no matter how much money you throw at something, if the people don't like it they won't vote for it.

Sheriff Clark is the real deal the Country needs more like him.:clap:

Out of state money? Yep - I sent him a few bucks.

The funny part is there wasn't much said about what party he belongs to.....just his stance on the attempts in that city (and the rest of the country) to push gun control.
Even the County Executive (who is very wealthy in his own right) was asked if he put up 100's or thousands of dollars or his own money to try to defeat Clark...and got a "ahhh, no comment".

The finial call hasn't been made as there are absentee ballots still out.....but looks like a done deal'
Clark doesn't have an opponent unless an independent may run in Nov.

I gland to hear that the nation has been following this....Clark is the real deal.

For me - politics isn't about political parties, but rather about right and wrong (read Constitutional or not). Been following Clark for a bit and really like his Constitutional and common sense approach to his job.
