Dang, man. That's pretty cool. You did a fabulous job on that. I have no idea how you did it but they sure look real. That's an amazing piece of artwork. I just hope, for your sake, his hands are not shaking with excitement on your next visit.

The blade is 3/32" D2 steel. The deer jaw has been stabilized. Brass guard and butt plate with aluminum spacers. The butt plate has a brass wood screw silver soldered onto it to grab the epoxy. Finger guard is silver soldered in place. Spacer material (I forget the name) is a synthetic stone material. I formed the tooth out of a piece of bronze pipe. After getting a fit on the tooth part I ground away material to form a post - roughed it up - epoxied into place. Sheath has a piece of Canebrake skin on it.

I think he will like it. Great knife work.
