Woot! Should have my HK VP9 pretty soon!

Well, I got in on the pre-order for an HK VP9! Price is $600 with tritium night sights and two mags, not a bad deal. The VP9 takes the same mag as a P30 so I already have a dozen mags or so. I'm really looking forward to putting it through it's paces! The dealer I ordered from already got the first stack in but unfortunately I'm number 13 and there are only 10 pistols in the first shipment!:6: But hopefully the next batch won't be too long in coming.

Anyone else excited about this gun?

I really really like the P30, but it was out of my price range. I liked how they moved the decoker to the slide because in a panic flip of the safety switch it COULD be decocked... I had an FN-FNX and let it go for that reason (otherwise it was a top tier weapon!).

Ive got my Sig P320 coming out THIS WEEKEND! Cant wait, takes same mags as my P250, same holster, etc..

Id like to hear more about your H&K, thats one of the weapons to watch this year!

I paid $950 for my first P30S and $850 for the second one (used with a Gray Guns trigger job + Trijicon HD night sights), so if the VP9 is half as good as the hype it's a bargain at $550-$600. I am #13 on the list so with luck mine will be in the next batch. However, that could be next week or it could be next month.

But when I get it I will post pictures and my first impressions.

P320 came home tonight, will range her tomorrow with 350 rnds of Blazer Brass... CANT WAIT! I hope to post video..
