Squirrel and Avacado recipes?
Actually, I am kidding.
We have a squirrel that loves avocado and constantly raids the tree. It loves pushing them out of the tree.
The squirrel has to be getting old or is a different squirrel than started hanging out over a decade ago. It walks up to us when we are on the back patio. It hangs out and watches me load camp and hunting supplies in the truck. I can walk within a few feet of it under the Live Oak in the front yard as long as I don't stare at it.

I took these pictures for another thread that was deleted. It was about crocodilians eating fruit. Alligators regularly eat a fruit down here called Pond Apples. They are also called alligator apples because alligators eat them. These trees are the largest of the custard apple tree family and once made up great forests south of Lake Okeechobee. They are a fairly dominant tree in the everglades.
Anyway, the avocado is called the alligator pear down here because it resembles an alligators head in shape and texture. Though most avocado trees grow a decent enough distance from water that I don't see gators eating them. Mine is probably 12' to the water from the closest branch.
