Sheath Fail
I didn't grind the knife - just put it together. I did make the sheath. I knew I was pushing it a bit with this style of sheath for the size of the knife. Found out that I pushed it more than a bit. I guess the knife is sharp.:innocent:

You have to think like a lawyer. You call that the julienne accessory and tack an extra ten bucks onto the price.

Ya, I've seen that before. I have done it to sheaths with and without stitching in a welt.

I've done that a couple times myself.

Crash, I had that happen before. It's one of the reasons that I rarely make a sheath with a full welt. On bent leather sheaths, the bend always holds the blade slot open.
Somehow I don't think I explained that very good.
