Good use of a scrap of grounding bar, fallen walnut limb and a scrap of cmps-30

I put this together as a use of some scrap materials laying around. I had a short length of s30v left over, to thick for a little knife and to short for a full size full tang knife so I did something I hardly ever do, made a hidden tang knife, the s30v goes about 1/2" beyond the pin and I welded a piece of 1095 I had laying around to it, even though it doesn't need it. Walnut was a log I cut from a tree several years ago, copper came from some discarded grounding buss bars.

Nice! I would like to see how you made the bolster out of the ground rod. I could probably figure it out. But, since you already did it.

We use grounding electrode at work do I night have to try that.

I used my mill to cut a slit into the copper buss bar and just slid my tang through it, you can also use a drill press and drill several holes then file out the remaining material takes longer but works just fine, did it for years.

That is very impressive. I've always wanted to get into knife building but haven't had the time. Do you sell these?

Yes I sell them, most are sold months in advance, sometimes I will make one not on the list of waiting customers just to do something different. I'm un sure about this one, I'm thinking about keeping it myself and making my Sons two more just like them, it will be great for archery season this year as it came out very light.,
