Yesterdays trip
I had planned on going out to Dinner Island Ranch and staying over night. But, I was leaving and my grand daughter Faith asked where I was going and if she could come. She is only 3 years old so I am not ready for an overnight camp with just her and I yet. Though she certainly seems to be. LOL
So, we just made a day trip. She wanted to take her little electric powered UTV. Which was the closest semblance to my Polaris Ranger Crew that we could find.
We traveled about 90 minutes total. Going south on the Sawgrass Expressway, then west on alligator alley across the eastern everglades to the Miccosukee reservation. We turn off the alley and onto Snake Road, Which snakes its way north you leave the Miccosukee res and enter the Seminole Big Cypress Reservation. The continue on Snake Road to dinner Island.
This was Faiths first time driving outside the back yard or cul de sac in front of my house. Taken with my iPhone because I left my video camera at home.

She insisted on take my picture. Quite the budding photographer, I am refraining from posting any more of the many pictures she took yesterday for fear she will be mad at me for posting them without first copyrighting them. LOL

Gator. We saw many. But, I was having a problem with my camera. Must be a dirty connection between the camera body and the lens.

We saw about 36 deer including this little guy and his mom.

The black vultures and turkey vultures have plenty to eat out here. We saw a dead coyote on the way in off snake road several dead gators including one that was so fresh I thought it might still be alive and got out to check on it.

Had a great day with Faith and she really enjoyed the day as well. Can't do better than that! Happy Easter and thanks for looking.

I'll bet that little girl is a trip!
If your ATV won't do right get out, snatch it back onto the path and kick it in the butt!
She seems to drive better than half the adults on the Kentucky highways!
