Boy if I had tried to have hair that long when I was his age my old man would have made life incredibly painful for me. All our hair would have passed a military inspection and wasn't allowed to grow out much more than that. Of course working outside with summer temps well in excess of 100 degrees we didn't argue to much about it realizing the merits of shorter hair keeping us cooler.

Yeah; I grew up with a choice of crew-cuts or crew-cuts. I guess that's why I'm making up for it in adult life.

I did the long hair thing when I was young. The Navy cured me of it.:innocent:

I tell my son as long as he does well in school, he can do what ever he wants with his hair. It's a bit longish but not as long as that.

With shorter hair, one can actually see how handsome he is.

As a child of the 60's I had the long locks as well.......When i had hair....LOL.
As long as you can be a upstanding citizen haie mean nothing, ....unless you are looking for a job......Make you statement when you are employed.
