hello from Louisiana

I'm Bayou Rick. Born and raised in NE Louisiana I have traveled the world and experienced enviroments from jungle to arctic. Viet Nam vet, Jungle School survivor, hunter, camper, outdoorsman, photographer and knife maker. Semi-retired from construction work I have a small knife shop and a photography studio. I travel, camp and take pictures. I will be in the Smokie Mountains of western North Carolina for a 3 week camping trip come June. I will be doing some bushcraft, hiking, primitive cooking and photography. I look forward to sharing my meager knowledge and gaining much more
