Sling Bow

my apologies if this topic has already been covered


anyone here ever tried this ?

i'm gonna buy a slingshot and give it a try ( with crappy arrows )
not gonna bother with the " whisker biscut " from China-mart ( $20 )
just gonna rig up something for an arrow rest

i wonder how accurate simple wood doweling would be at 20-25(?) feet ?

maybe makeshift string stabilizers for accuracy

I haven't made one.....yet. But I will. ;) Anyways, I have read lots of people who have made one that works great.

Actually it was, but that version used a key ring 1" dia, and a couple of pieces of bicycle inner tube to attach the ring in the center.

Tried it and works pretty well.

I'd like to try it with my fish'n arrows, add a reel...shoot me a gator! Hmmm!

ive made one of those b4 never got a chance to post it on the forum, a neat idea but i feel like rocks are best for my slingshot. they are very fun to play around with and give you an extra use for ur slingshot if your going to make one get a light arrow and strong bands thera band gold works great cut it tapered at 1.25 inches by .75 and 20ish inches long

What a great idea, thanks for posting this. I needed another tool to get my kid away from that playstation and another toy for me! I wonder what this sling bow will do to a playstation?
