Best state to buy BOL w/ chance of getting a CAVE
I've been spending a great deal of time lately thinking about buying property for a BOL. It has occurred to me that property with a small cave would be ideal. I'm not talking Mammoth Cave or Meramec Caverns type, just maybe something small enough to get into and set up a small camp that would be defendable.
I have heard that northern Arkansas has a lot of limestone caves, but I might be heading to the northeast (Upstate NY or western Ct).
Anyone know how you might find these types of properties...other than googling "caves for sale::online2long:?
