i am a fan of earth and under fire cooking.

if you are not familiar with these techniques, the food to be cooked is usually either wrapped in edible leaves/bark or packed in edible plant material and cooked under a fire, or in a pit which is heated by fire hot stones, sand, etc. and covered.

it's a very flexible set of cooking techniques.
