There is a stupid movie put out years ago called "Starship Troopers". A minor point in the movie is that the nonmilitary are divided into 2 groups "Citizen" and 'Civilians". Kinda interesting on the definitions and the privileges one could gain by military service. Not entirely a bad concept.

Regardless, it has Denise Richard which alone makes it worth seeing.
