Harsh shifting between 2nd and 3rd – is my transmission on the way out?

I've got a 2015 Wrangler JK with the automatic transmission, about 110,000 km on it, and over the last few weeks I've noticed it's been shifting pretty hard between 2nd and 3rd gear, especially when the car is still cold in the morning. Once it warms up it gets a bit smoother but still not as nice as it used to be. No slipping or check engine lights, just these jerky upshifts that are starting to annoy me. I had the transmission fluid checked at a quick lube place and they said it looked dark but not burnt, and they didn't see any metal in the pan. A friend who knows more about Jeeps said these automatics can sometimes just need a software update or a valve body cleaning rather than a full rebuild. I've been looking for Competent Transmission Abu Dhabi (https://jeepservicemussafah.ae/transmission-repair/) shops that actually know how to diagnose these 5 speed autos properly instead of just quoting me 8k for a replacement. Has anyone here had a similar issue on a JK and fixed it with something simple like a fluid flush or a solenoid replacement? Also wondering if I should just leave it alone if it's not getting worse. Any advice or shop recommendations around Mussafah would be hugely appreciated. Really don't want to sink a ton of money into this.
