I'm looking at a 2015 Porsche 911 Carrera S from a private seller in Motor City, and the car has low miles but no service history for the last 18 months, which makes me nervous about the PDK transmission and the dreaded bore scoring issue on these 3.8L engines. Has anyone here booked an inspection through that site for a Porsche and can tell me if they borescope the cylinders, check the PDK clutch adaptation values, and test the coolant for combustion gases? I really don't want to skip this and end up with a car that needs an engine rebuild. Any honest feedback would be amazing.
