Hello everyone.
Has anyone else been having trouble completing their Globe SIM registration because the OTP never arrives? I followed all the steps correctly, entered my 10 digit mobile number, clicked Register, and waited for the six digit One Time Pin to be sent via text. But nothing comes through, even after several minutes.
I was hoping to find an Easy Access Guide to help troubleshoot the issue, but I tried resending multiple times and even switched between mobile data and Wi Fi. My phone signal seems fine for regular calls and texts. Is this a server issue on Globe's end, or could it be a problem with my SIM itself?
Any fixes that actually worked?
