About to expand our SaaS product into a new vertical and want to understand what competitors in that space are doing on social before we go in. Last time we entered a market blind it cost us months of wasted content budget. Someone in a Slack group I'm in mentioned automated competitor tracking but the thread went nowhere. What methods are people using to monitor this stuff properly?

Entering a vertical blind on social is such a costly mistake and most teams only learn it once the hard way.
