Man, I was about to give up on my 2015 Escalade after months of that annoying floaty feeling and weird thumping from the rear whenever I went over the bridge joints on SZR. Took it to two different shops in Al Quoz – first one said nothing was wrong (yeah right), second one quoted me a fortune for replacing everything without even diagnosing properly. A buddy who drives an STS told me to check out Dubai Cadillac Suspension Service (https://suspensionrepairdubai.ae/cadillac-suspension-repair/) after he had a good run with his air suspension issues, so I figured why not give it one last shot. Turns out it was just a leaking air strut on the passenger side and a worn compressor seal – not the whole system like the other garage claimed. Cost me way less than I expected and the ride feels like a Cadillac should again, smooth and planted. Just wanted to throw this out there in case anyone else is chasing suspension gremlins on their Escalade or SRX. Anyone else had those intermittent warning lights that come and go? Apparently mine was because the compressor was running too often trying to compensate for the slow leak.
