Guys, after heavy squats, my lower back is constantly stiff, like it’s locked up. I’m doing everything I can to improve mobility—stretching, foam rolling—but I still feel like the tissues aren’t recovering fast enough. I’m thinking of trying the TB-500 to speed up soft tissue recovery. Anyone who’s used it—how did it help specifically with your back?

I had the same issue—my lower back would just get completely locked up after squats and deadlifts. TB-500 really sped up the process: the stiffness started to ease up quickly, the pain when bending disappeared, and now I can squat normally without fear of “tearing” something. Recovery is going much better; my muscles and ligaments seem to have become more elastic. I bought it right here redmondpharm – everything was clear, no surprises. If you want a decent tb-500 peptide (https://redmondpharm.com/peptides/tb-500/), this is a proven option. Just don’t forget about proper technique and don’t rush into things—then you’ll get the maximum effect.
