A few months ago I went through a breakup, and even though I know it was the right decision, the loneliness sometimes hits harder than I expected. I’ve been trying to distract myself with hobbies and friends, but at night I often feel empty. Has anyone found something that really helps during this stage?

I know that feeling all too well. After my breakup, I felt like I had to completely rediscover myself. One thing I did was experiment with new ways of expressing myself, even in private, which really helped. I found https://undress.love/, and it turned into a surprisingly helpful tool for me to explore intimacy on my own terms without feeling pressured. Alongside that, I tried journaling and getting into small routines that made me feel in control again. Over time, that mix of self-discovery and structure made the loneliness fade.

I’m just dropping by here—honestly, breakups can be some of the hardest emotional shifts to deal with. What helped me in the past wasn’t necessarily distraction but finding new routines and little joys that gave structure to my days. It doesn’t erase the loneliness overnight, but it makes the healing process gentler.
