.22 Voere single shot rifle?

G'day all, I recently revamped an old Voere .22 problem is it's missing it's front sight, a plastic sleeve type set up. Apparently it's a bit of a design fault on this model as there have been plenty lost due to the ease in which they slide off.

Anyway a bit of a long shot but was wondering if anyone has a spare laying around or knows of somebody who has? I will gladly compensate you for your trouble. The old gun has a bit of sentimentle value to me so I'd love to finish the fix up job completely.

I have a voere 22 single shot and have been thinking of replacing the front sight with something else. I usually file in a dovetail and put a sight in that way. I'll take a look at it and post back.

Thanks mate, if you could have a look for me I'd really appreciate your help. I was considering doing something like you suggested but then thought about it and realised I'm not much chop at metal works and would probably end up ruining the gun alltogether.

I haven't checked those other places you suggested mainly because I'm a bit of a computer caveman...registering and posting on here is about my technical limit.
