In My Life I Broke alot of Stuff and Beat Myself Up Alot and Due to That I Sat On My But way too Long. So I Decided to Take What My Great Grandfather Said and Followed Keep Moving or you'll Rust. So ,on my days Off I Keep Moving Work and Doing What I Like .It Worked for My Great GrandParents Great Grandma Lived to 102 and Great Grandpa Lived to 107 . My Buddy From Work Calls Me the Machine . Cause I'm Always Working.
