Hello from... NEW JERSEY!

Hello everyone!
My name is Jake and I'm from New Jersey. I am currently learning about Bushcraft and Survival/Camping techniques, but because I am only xx years old, I obviously do not have the experience and mindset others do. Also, I am a star scout in my current boy scout troop.
I currently use a Ka-Bar Becker BK2 and a Swiss army knife, a bow and arrow, a 5 foot big bore blowgun, and the 15 inch survivor saw. I have the Coghlan's Ferrocerium rod and am in need of an electric knife sharpener. A bit random, but I find it okay to post here.
I am also probably someone "different" From a bunch of others in this community, so yea...

Well, I tried, but it doesn't really work
I spent $125.00 on wet stones and I measured the angles and everything but it didn't really go to well. If any of you guys have suggestions please tell me
