My Ambulance ride yesterday

yesterday morning, as I took a sip of coffee , and it ran down my chin, I realized that the right side of my face and mouth didn't work !! YIKES,, I felt ok,, anyway, i got online and came to the conclusion that I had a mild stroke,, YIKES AGAIN,,,, face paralysis is one of the symptoms and it said to call 911 immediately ! which i did,, they rushed me to the hospital and I was seen right away,, well, It wasn't a stroke,, (thank goodness ) ,, It is something called "Bells Palsy" SEE > http://www.bing.com/health/article/mayo-125420/Bells-palsy?q=bell%27s+palsy&qpvt=bells+palsy

Most likely caused by a sinus infection I cannot shake,,, anyway,, i got some pills,, and hope to be over this soon,, Its weird when half of your face doesn't work !

It dosn't always get beter. My ex got it 17 years ago and still has it. Apparently there is a drug that can be given, it caught early, that will increase the chances of a full recovery. Would be a good idea to make sure thats the pills they gave you... She never got treatment amd never recovered fully.

Justin...i've had 4 strokes...i must tell you to follow your doctors' adviceto the letter...the strokes can do damage you wouldn't even consider...for example...i have a paralyzed digestive system, and the right side of my face collapsed, wasn't bells palsey as we first thought...the worst result has been a complete inoperable blockage of the basiliar artery, look that one up...on the other hand

i've had 4 strokes and my brain works about the same...guess i wasn't using it much in the 1st place...
