    hey guys,

    came across a set of video's on youtube a while back that has been very informative to me and thought i'd share it with all of you...

    if you search sniper 101, on youtube, a guy named TiborasaurusRex will come up. i started with part 1 and have watched from there.

    4 minutes of mugging for the camera, 4 minutes of a canned speech directly from some sniper technical workshop manual and one minute of sucking fruit.

    Then they tell you to come back for more!

    Oh well....guess I grew up differently. Instead of moving back to the point that a hit was a celebration one recorded in a journal, my G-dad made me stalk close enough that a shot was a certainty.

    Also jaded by the Old Army training that anything past 500m was a job for the artillery. We had good artillery. Pinpoint accuracy out to 3 miles and you never had to give your position away. The most effective snipers in the military are called forward observers.
