Chasin possums

Last night i was headed to camp about 10 pm. suddenly i saw a possum beside the road. I decided to follow him since we were going in the same direction. once he saw me he took of running so i decided to pursue the critter. I was at a jogging pace and followed for a few hundred yards as he crossed some train tracks, then went into a field and disappeard into a thicket. theres no point here it's just that it was funny watching him hightail it home. those little buggers can scoot. had i needed to i could have had him for dinner, but opossum would be a last resort for me. I would eat my X's meatloaf first!
