A Survival Story
hopeak.. Has told some of he's story's . Here is one of mine
Back in 1987 I was Foreman for a small paving crew in Sacramento Calif. . We were working out side of a air base . I was staying at a Motel 6 , behind the Motel was a bar I would walk over after work get a beer and work on my paper work. The first time I went in I ask the bar tender if I could sit it some tables way back out of the way, the lights were off , so would he turn them on . He said Just tighten the bulb and it would come on. I was in there ever week night for about 6 weeks . When one Wed day night in walked a woman that stopped ever one talking I was in my usual place reading , she came right over to me . She was red haired with legs all the way to the top a real heart stopper . she said she need my help . I ask why me ( hay I am a nice guy but I not stupid what would a girl like her want with me). She said Will either your the toughest man I've ever meet or your crazy either will work . I ask what help . She said she was going to put on a strip here and needed a bouncer , and I would do just fine. After the show she came back over and sat with me . we talked for a hour or so when she started to laugh . she said your for real , you really just work out on the road . Yes I said . She then said get up and do not say a word . come with me . We got out side and in her car and left . She then told me that the bar was the biggest drug bar in Sac. and that I had stopped the sales of all drugs out of the bar for 6 weeks they thought I was FBI or something . They were going to kill me . She was hied to find out who I was. To say that I was lucky is an under statement . God was looking out for me that day . So the next time you go in to a new bar or any were new just remember you never know .. O and remember I cleared one of the toughest dug bic.er bars AND keep it cleared for 6 weeks ALL by myself
