    Daniel has a good point......

"Despite claims that Guinness is nutritionally complete, the drink lacks many essential nutrients. For example, the beer has no fat content, and fat is an essential nutrient. Additionally, the beer is very low in protein and high in sugar."

The Solution is Bacon!!!!! Ut should be the Guinness Bacon diet.

"The Guinness diet also does not represent a moderate consumption of alcohol. The recommended amount of alcohol for a woman is one drink per day, and two drinks for a man, according to the federal 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans."

What??? There is a Recommended amount for alcohol??? WOO HOO It seems I'm not drinking enough.
