Hot sauce. Lots and lots of hot sauce! (You can cook with tabasco if you HAVE to...so that may be my hot sauce of choice.)

Besides all the spices (including the vanilla, almond, orange, extracts); I dehydrate at least one thing daily and alot of it is fruits. Once the fruit is dehydrated you can put it in a blender and make fruit powders which can be added to your drinks, dishes, water, whatever for flavor....and dried citrus peel powder adds vit. C
