    Your hooked now! I still use my grizzly to profile. If you want to hollow grind on the grizzly, get the 10" wheel. The 8" doesnt give enough clearance between the wheel and the motor and it is tough to get even grinds... this was my experience. I kept hitting my hand on the grinder when I was grinding to the left. The buffer works nice on them as well just make sure you overhang the bench with it first. They get mean when you mess up! Nice blade, Make sure you show us the knife when its done.

    I've got the 10" wheel for the reasons you state.
