Default Celestial Music & Pan Bread from Heaven...Finally

After 40 years of expermenting......last night at 6:26 PM (Alaska Standard Time) I mostly by accident created "PERFECT" Pan-Bread. The first bite, and celestial music was heard in the wilderness. And I heard a voice say, "Perfect, you have made the finest Pan-Bread ever made by a mortal". I saved a tithing for the quality control dept. I figure to have my head-stone read: Here lies the man who made perfect Pan-Bread once.

So that's what that heavenly chorus was for!!! I thought I was a good girl and the angels were lulling me to sleep.

Guess it was rejoicing in the heavens over your pan bread.

Nice....

Sourdough,

Would you kindly explain exactly how you make Pan Bread? Ingredients, amounts, cooking temperatures, cooking time, type of stove - including what shape/size of pan bread you are making. Might I add that is a very attractive avatar you have there. Who is the picture of?

How about some details on the Pan Bread. I'm talking specific details. Nothing is proven until it can be scientifically duplicated in lab conditions. Until then - your world best Pan Bread may be nothing more than a figment of your imagination created in a altered state of delirium caused by living in the woods too long eating your own cooking. You pass along the details and I will duplicate exactly and provide this group with a fair and equitable reveiw. Still, very attractive Avatar if I don't mind saying.

On the serious side - I have always wanted to be able to make good Pan Bread as it is a great survival food, requiring fewer ingredients and no oven required - and it has much better storage capacity.
