    Default Another knife done

Nothing fancy on this one. It has a 5-6" blade and 5" handle made from black linen micarta. I don't know if this would be considered a fillet knife or kitchen knife. It is made from 1/16" ats 34 stainless steel. The pics ain't to great either sorry about that. Thanks for looking.

I have a kitchen knife very much like that one and it's my go to knife every time. That is very nice work. Commercial quality for sure.

As for your question....Rooster's Beak. It does sort of fit.

Good translation Rick! It is what we call chopped jalapeno, onions, tomato, and some times avacado in tiny bits with lemon juice. Kind of like a chunky salsa. My wife said Oh that would be good for making Pico.

I thought you meant what it stands for. Pico de Gallo is pretty much a staple at every Mexican restaurant between here and Moscow...I think.

I don't know if this would be considered a fillet knife or kitchen knife
i guess that just depends on where you're using it at the time. i use my fjord in the kitchen most of the time, on everything from trout to tomatoes.
