Just saw the photo, it's person in a suit or costume (only my opinion), look at the legs, not like that of a bear, arms too are wrong. As for bigfoot... well I doubt it but I don't believe in bigfoot. A animal like bigfoot would spend 90% of its time looking for food, and a den would be found somewhere. Looking at the size of the image to the tree its probably a person in a costume of some sort. If I'm wrong I'll go with a severly messed up bear.

I saw this over that last couple of days floating around the internet. I think it is a bear. A very sickly bear, maybe with mange , but a bear. The reason I say this is because we have caught a very lean and lanky black bear on our trail cams behind our home and saw him in our yard on a couple of nights. He was a trouble maker and displayed no fear, and what I felt was a dangerous rogue bear. I also think there was something wrong with him. He was a fearless garbage picker and we believe he met his fate at the hand/gun of a disgruntled scared homeowner near here, though I dont know this to be fact. He no longer comes around.
I am gonna share of pic of him and although his coat is alot better than the one in the controversial pic, he shows similar characteristics.
Also, though is may be kinda gross...the skinned carcass of a bear without fat or hide is disturbingly similar to that of a human.
Here is the lean bear we dubbed Mr Lanky

Also wanted to share this picture captured of another one on hind legs. His hide is poor as it was late spring.

Not mange, but rubs from being in the den. He was reaching up into the tree there and this pic was taken as he started down on all fours. I find this similar to the stance of a man. Though the posted pic of the unknown creature is quite a bit thinner, I still think it to be a very sick once large, but now starving black bear.
    Just my two cents worth.

Because of the color distortion of the picture it's hard to tell the true color of the critter. Noticing the head shape, the long arms, being about 2/3 the size of the goriella and if the true hair color is reddish-brown I would say that it is "the man of the forest" aka, orangutan.
