A white 1988 Nissan 200sx I got when I was 18. There was a sticker in the dash saying not to go over 50 mph but registered 125! Never would have made it though while I had because it always jerked me around. Now I drive a 1996 Toyota Camry.

1967 Dodge Dart GT Convertible. Wish I still had it.

Got it for $300 (in 1997). Had only about 60k miles on it. Lots of rust, but drive train was good.
Replaced all the hoses, belts, etc, got it painted metallic midnight blue with a single silver pinstripe.
Loved that car, even though it broke down often enough. Thankfully, it was simple enough that I could fix it myself.
Sadly, I had to let it go. It barely got 13mpg. Back in 2000, when gas spiked up to about $1.25/gal (oh, for those days!), I thought it was too expensive to drive and got a more fuel efficient, but far less manly Ford Probe. *sadness*

'57 Chevy, 2dr sedan. It was a 283 and a 3speed when I got it, but I went through 6 rearends, 4 or 5 trans', and 4 engines. When I got out of high school, it would run high 12's in the quarter, and I still drove it to work, every day. LOL
BTW,...I still have it. It's sitting behind my shop.....waiting for me to restore it.

That Cuda of mine was sold at a loss when the Carter gas crunch hit, but my second car was a 72 Fiat 124 sport spyder. It wasn't the straight away monster the Cuda was but it would run rings around the Cuda. I had that for 3 years then gave it to my dad when I bought a Datsun 240Z (I was driving home every weekend from where I was stationed in Maine to NJ and the Z was a smoother ride)

Doug1980, I had a 74 torino that was dark green. Sarky, I had a 280z. The floor boards were rusted out but that thing would fly.

My second car was a 72 Maverick (mad wreck) I called it my Fred Flinstone car-holes in the floor board under the drivers seat and passenger side, also called it the rolling dent,as someone really beat the heck out of it. Plowed a deer with it once,no visible damage to the car,but the deer was a total loss...
