I can't speak for Winnie, but the way I see it is, since the recipe has now been posted that gets me off the hook from having to send anything to QC. This also brings something to mind that I've been thinking about. We really should make Hope the Head of QC since he's a single guy and could use care packages from time to time.

I think it's quite possible Hope has logged on with another name. "Lorna" sure seems to be lobbying strongly for him.

    I like your style Lorna!

The very reason I posted instead of pm'ing was Ken getting upset about secrecy, He's his own worst enemy.

This might be a silly question but would you describe the cream? I remember Aunt Roberta's apple pie, the cream was a heavy cream almost like whipping cream before it's whipped. Best apple pie i've ever had, the heavy cream definitely makes a difference. She lived in Machynlleth wales.

Well, being the arbiter of rules and other senseless stuff......Ken is right. Recipe and samples - it's the law.

Unfortunately, THE RULES require delivery prior to reimbursement of shipping expenses. 2dumb will mail you a check as soon as Crash and I receive our shipments.

It should also be noted that upon favorable review, QC has, on occasion sent the originator of above average samples, a little something as a suprise and a way of saying thanks.
