    Default Green Laser Sight.......WOW....BRIGHT

Picked up a Green laser sight yesterday, it appears to work well in the bright daylight. I have not mounted it on a firearm as yet. I got a cheap'ish ($199.00) one to start, if it works well I'll have the best of the best. Also picked up the last AR-15 6.8 SPC I lucked out and got a keeper trigger.

Hope, do you find that the green laser works better than the red?

I have CTC grips for my Beretta Tomcat. Red laser. Love 'em.

KEN, Yes.....the red one does not work at all in daylight. In the mutted light of in'home yes, but outdoors, No Workie. Now, I don't know if they are available for pistol grips, what I bought gets mounted on the rifle, on a 1913 style rail. NOTE: The green is more fragile. Which sucks.

I've never seen a green made for pistol grips. Maybe soon....

Hope, if that one turns out to be junk, check out Varidian Lasers. Their lasers have a ranger of over 200 yards in daylight.

I hate the cost, too. I've opted to run out and draw a green dot on my quarry then run back to my weapon and shoot them. It's a lot of work but it's cheap.

Rick , tie a green string to a green dart and the other end to your firearm, that way theres no running just throwing.

    Dang....that's pretty smart!!!
That's almost as good as shooting a hole and then drawing a circle around it, for a bullseye!

You would be suprised how well your eye picks up green over the soon to be out-dated red dots.
