    Default "Bivvy" Bag by heatsheets.

OK, I bought one two years ago, Finally got around to trying it. Now I want to order (3) three more. And I always seem to pay the highest Internet price. My request is where is it available cheapest.........(preferably including free to Alaska). Needs to be the Thermal 2.0 model.

Yes, Sarge47 I am still tweaked that you found the tent I ordered yesterday for $20.00 cheaper.........GRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

$26.49 is the best I can come up with.

Sourdough - I'd go with the one in the link you had in the OP (every order enters you for a drawing of a pocket survival kit, and we know from others how valuable they are in Alaska)

I'm off to a knife club meeting tonight - I'll check the in store prices at Gander Mountain to see if they are any cheaper.

Sorry Sourdough - no joy at Gander Mountain. They had the SOL Thermal Bivvy which I have on good advice is the replacement for the one you are looking for. Their price was quite a bit higher.

Yes, That would be perfect, but not at that price point.

I got the orange version several years ago on-line. Thicker, heavier, (more expensive) and come in about a 6" X 8" X 1.5" package which I believe is vaccum packed so don't store as small once used. http://www.landshark-online.com/Land_Or_Sea.html

They have them for $20.29 with free shipping. I checked it out and it'll work for Alabama, not sure about Alaska. Check it out and I hope it works.

I've got one, picked it up at the PX and I agree it is a keeper. It is by far the most comfortable that I've used.

    Take care,

    Rick
