    Hey ya'll name's Ryan...Think I'll do this like I do my RPGs...

    Name: Hale, Ryan M
    Age: 23
    HT/WT:5'6"/ 175lbs
    HR/EYE: Brn/Blu
    Hobbies: Hunting, Fishing, Camping, Shooting, Reading, Writing, Music, Movies, Shooting, Knives (Throwing, collecting, hunting, pocket) Making my own weapons (Mainly offensive), Video games.
    Loadout: Survival Knife, Mossburg 20 ga pump action shotgun, Throwing Knife x6,Machete (Made from display sword), various homemade weapons from "The Jack" club to small aluminum knife made from scrap
    Training: Parents trained me in survival skills when I was young...ARMY training at Ft Benning GA (BCT) and Ft Gordon (AIT)...Proficient in the Security field...Guerilla Tactics...Rifle...Pistol...Shotgun...AT4 Antitank Weapon...SAW (Squad Automatic Weapon)...Can survive without Survival Kit in the woods (US Only)

    You failed to mention that you're also a Stephen King fan; yep! I read some of those "Gunslinger" books as well. My favorite King book is "The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon."

    Well Sarge...Looks like I found my new best friend here.. I liked GWLTG alot too(It had alot of little survival tidbits that I really paid attention to) but I gotta say I like the Dark Tower books (I got all but Wolves and DT) and Pet Sematery (It's the only book I ever read that actually had me scared)
    I'm probably one of the biggest SK readers around (Least in my neck of the woods) and loved the redone ending for the movie version of the mist.

    I hated the "re-do ending fr the movie version of "The Mist", however that's Hollywood for you. The book that I mentioned is the one that actually got me started to thinking about "survival" as a "stand-alone" concept. It's a story about a little girl who gets lost While out hiking on a trail with her mom & brother & has to survive with what's in her little day-pack. Great reading!
