I hate to say this but here in the North state of Calif. we have people that thought they were still part of Mex. just 10 years ago . They were back in the woods that long .... You do not have the market on being isolated ,
this is were Ishsi was found ..And there may still be others out there like him . I know for a fact were there are wild horses that the State knows nothing about ..
