We had a cougar spotted here in town - about as heavy a populated part of town as we have here not involving shopping centers. Sure hope this one fares better than the fawn did several months back.

Ya know...I had a smart arsed response that involved cougars in the local mall but decided not to go there......
Dead cougar's = decline in missing pets and an increase in the wild game population.
1. If it's in your kit and you don't know how to use it....It's useless.
2. If you can't reach your kit when you need it....Its useless.

Henderson Nevada had a cougar show up under a bush in front of a house in the middle of town. The owner of the house saw it when they went to work and called animal control. Animal control didn't want to believe them, but finally came out and there it was. It was determine to be about 6 months old. The local paper had a photo.

This was supposedly near the hospital. I thought it was cool there were some around here, but I guess you can shoot it if you want to. The fawn got slammed so hard it woke us from a dead sleep and laid there a full day before it was removed.
