Meh, I'm typing with one hand while holding a craft project together with the other. "Pasty" Look it up. It's like a giant hot pocket from the Cornish (or Finnish, can't remember)

Also, I spell "bushcrafter". Because I don't craft bushes. Much like a linebacker doesn't back lines.

Cornish. You'll find them anywhere there were Cornish miners (Minnesota Iron range, Michigan UP, Montana).

I'm scared of bears, but oddly not of wolves, moose or cougars, etc..

I'm scared of sharks.. Hell, I get freaked out in LAKES..

    Scared of heights..

    I'm claustrophobic..

    I can do 10 chin-ups, 28 push ups, and bench 180..

I spent 2 years in Ukraine, and married there..

I have a red belt in Hapkido, and will always regret the circumstances that kept me from getting my black..

I've never had a true friend, that liked just hanging out with me for me.. Another life regret.. Still time yet, though..

    I'm a follower, not a leader..

I jump from one hobby to the next, obsessing on each in turn, then dropping it all at once for the next..

    I'm married 13 years with 2 sons.

I can't stand smokers, or guys wearing jewelry.

I get murderously impatient while driving, or standing in line.. Pretty much anywhere where my progress is in the hands of someone in front of me..

I'm 6'3", 220 lbs, I know how to handle myself.. And yet am afraid of confrontations with strangers.. Will it turn violent? Do they have a knife or a gun on them? will I get my *** kicked and look a fool? Will they look for revenge, have me charged for assault if I beat THEM? Go after my family?

I've never fired a gun, though I'm looking at a job in law enforcement.. Guess I'll have to work hard at overcoming confrontation..

I like movies, TV and videogames.. Those hobbies are 3 that HAVE been lifelong..

When I was a junior in high school I beat up this senior kid. After he graduated he joined the USMC. About a year later just, before I went into the military. He was home on leave and came to my house, called me out and beat the holy living crap out of me in my front yard. I couldn't fight worth a darn. I was laughing my butt off cause I couldn't believe he held a grudge that long.

My wife has told me that if I didn't look and act so mean I'd have more friends. My reply to her "what makes you think I want more friends"

By the way FVR. I sent you a message.

I flew a plane when I was 8. (old 'hold the stick' thing, but I still flew it)
I hate how bad cartoons have gotten and people wonder what happened to kids today.
I love to hunt, even though I barely get to.
I am engaged to a girl who already has two kids, and we are expecting one of our own.
I would rather be in the cold than the heat.
I had never sold one of my guns until last week, and I don't regret it in the least.
I smoke, but I can't stand the taste of coffee.
While I was in the Marines, I got the nickname 'Caveman' from one of my gunnys since whenever he called me on the weekends I was in the woods on base.
I drink liquor, like Jack Daniels and Vodka, etc, but I can't stand the taste of beer.

I think i have the symptoms of almost every disease out there....even tho i know i dont have it.... at least i hope i dont...

I have never shot a gun, and it doesnt bother me one bit...

I thought i was gonna die on our 5 day 150 mile hiking trip in Canada...

I am afraid if i dont eat better i will have a heart attack at an early age...

I am afraid my son won't share the same interests and hobbies as i do...

I am afraid of being wrong and being corrected...

I can have serious road rage against other drivers, even tho a guy came to my window and socked me in the face...

I dont believe in dogs living inside a house, although i sometimes feel bad for my dogs outside on really cold nights...

I am a Christan and believe there is a Creator...

I am not afraid of dieing, just afraid of leaving my family behind.

My biggest fear in life is standing in front of Creator and having to explain why I have not made a difference.
I really hate to cry, I had my left leg crushed and I would say anything until they seen the blood, then I got mad that they made a fuss and lifted the 2 ton door of.
Took me years before I was able to cry for my parents

    Talking Well,since you asked....

Hi, I'm Sarge & I'm an Alco...Whoa! Wrong meeting! Okay, here goes.

I don't take long walks in the park, no matter what the weather is.

I was "delivered" from drugs & booze 30 years ago & don't miss it in the least. Someone once said that's because I did enough beforehand to last me the rest of my life...well, maybe.

    I sorta look like Alan Alda...but I'm a Hawk, not a Dove.

I wanted to be a Marine, but they wouldn't take me because of my poor hearing.

    I fear no man...Women however...

I secretly like Army Ranger Rick.

    I'm a "Born-Again Zealot"!

The only really close friends that I have are my family, I don't trust most other people, especially politicians.

    I know who's side God's on....His own!

I live the Fundamental Christian Creed, but will not post it here.

    I very seldom use profanity.

I don't hold grudges, but I can/have/will lose trust & respect for people.

    Hope that's enough.

I think this is by far the most amazing thread I have ever read
I am 19 years old and in my second year studies for engineering
It took me 19 years to realize this world doesn't need anymore engineers
I wish I could become the change I want to see
I am more like my grampa than anyone else in the family
I wear my thoughts on my sleeve and my true feelings are my only secrets
I am too attached to my toys
I dislike almost everyone I know and like only a few
I am very laid back and content with almost anything
I dont like to take the first step, but will often lead after that step is taken.

I guess I may as well get in on this.

My favorite colors are sun-up and sun-down.

I hate having to go into towns or cities.

I love children but don't have any.

I respect my elders unless given a reason not to.

I don't like or respect anybody that puts money/riches over kindness, caring and humanity.

    I like Kool-Aid.

I miss my brother more than anyone.

    I don't like beer.

I believe if a person wants to distill their own spirits, it should be ok.

    I like big snow storms.

I was Really born at home in the mountains.

    I don't like TV sports.

I love my country, but I think the Politicians, Lawyers, and Real Estate Agents have really messed it up.

I believe and trust in God.

    I like frog legs.

I like meeting honest people who live the simple life.

I would rather set on the front porch on a summer night and play/listen to music than go to any concert anywhere.

Trying to act big and bad, Don't impress or intimidate me in the least.

If I don't like you when I first meet you, chances are I never will.

Very few people (outside of real mountain folk) that I trust.

    Guess that's enough for now.

    Why not..
I get panicky when I am in a city, tried living in Toronto and Pittsburgh, hated both. Even nervous in smaller towns.

I love it in the winter...favorite time of year.

I have 2 children, and 2 step kids, 2 grandkids, and 5 step grandkids.

I really do not like talking on the phone.

I have no "best friend", other then my wife.

I spend as much time outside as possible.

I am scared of bats...but put up bat houses.

I love to argue, but only in a friendly way.

I can not spell at all, thank goodness for spell check.

My favorite place is on my front porch listening to the brook run by.

    My favorite game is crib.

I am 6 foot, 230 pounds, and worked as a paramedic/firefighter...not sure what the future holds, hurt 2 years ago, and still not able to return.

    And that is me.

I'm the only surviving male in my family, my Dad and all my brothers passed around the age of 50. I'm 50

I make the best pancakes in the world, my favorite and my specialty are blueberry pancakes.

Every day, as long as it's visible, I stop whatever I'm doing to watch the sunset.

I believe that we have yet to find a political or economic system that really works but I'm willing to struggle along with what we have because I'm too lazy to be a radical or a revolutionary. Hence my appreciation for the no politics rule here...I have none.

I don't agree with any of the established religions because I find that most of them have strayed far from what they were meant to teach. Hence my appreciation for the no religion talk rule here...I have none.

I don't like drinking sugar or carbonated water based drinks. I do pack away probably a couple of pots of coffee a day though.

I keep quitting smoking, then I start again.

I got kicked off the junior high school basketball team because I wouldn't get a hair cut, even though I was one of the better players. The coach was a lot like Billy Bob Thornton in Mr Woodcock.

In one year in the mid '70's I crossed all four provinces of western Canada seven times, stopping to work at different times in all four provinces. It was sort of a rolling road trip/party that my brother and I did together. We were going to drive from Vancouver to Flin Flon (honest that's a town on the Sask/Manitoba border) in 17 hours and would have made it but we blew the engine in his car.

When I was a child, our house was in one province and our outhouse in another province, the boundary cut right through our yard.

Purple Koolaid is ok if you mix it with vodka, otherwise no Kookaid for me.

I intensely dislike having to go to major cities

I like to sing along with the background music that they pipe into stores.
some fella confronted me the other day and asked "What's your problem?" So I told him, "I don't have a problem I am a problem"
