Military Canteen, cup, and stove?

I was wondering if anyone here knows where to get the complete setup (Canteen, cup, stove, and cover)? I have found them seperately but never as one complete kit. Thanks!

I found quite a few sources that sell the stove, but not with the canteen, cup and cover. Many of the sites sell everything, it would just require ordering more than one item.

There ya go! Its not much but you can put some of that military trioxane (sp?) in the little stove, and Ive also seen people using alcohol stoves made from altoids tins, and small pieces of kindling etc.
