Snap traps

has anyone used a snap trap for small game and birds. if so what animal with what bait

I use them on a weekly basis. I usually get rats (sometimes nothing). The bait I normally use is peanut butter.

Ive tried them a few times and they seem to work good on tree rats. I use the the large size all metal body. They last a lot longer than the wood, For bait peanut butter with bied seed.

My ex-wife.......$100.- Bills worked good. Redback Voles, catch them in mouse trap, and dispatch them with a survival knife with a 19" blade. The bigger ones have to be shot behind the shoulder with the 510 grain solid from the .458 Winchester Magnum, then finnish them with survival knife.
