Lots of places if you Google ammo cans. Gun shows. Since you're still on active duty, check out DRMO for where you're stationed.
Here's another thought. Go see the armory guys. Help them clean weapons for a couple of hours - they'll probably load you up. (at least it worked on the Navy bases I've been stationed at).
Check DRMO - they sell them by the pallet.

they have a few... also try www.andyandbax.com They are a local military surplus store in Portland Oregon. They don't have any pictures of them on the website but click on 'military surplus' on the left and then contact them about it.
Here's one that I just googled.. http://www.armysurpluswarehouse.com/index.cfm?killnav=1 click on ammo cans/storage boxes on the left.

I buy all of mine at pawn shops and flee markets for $5-$10 a piece.
Don't pay for shipping and handling services when you don't have to.
We sell them at the Gun shows buy the thousands.....$2.00 to $10.00 Depending on size. Or try G.I. Joes or Army Navy Stores.
